NSSA meet for Feb. 21
The National Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA) will be presenting a surf contest at Pine Trees in Hanalei on Feb. 21-22 starting at 8 a.m.
Hawai‘i’s best amateur surfers from around the state are expected to be shredding towards a state championship in March scheduled for O‘ahu at Turtle Bay.
All entries must be received before Feb. 19.
Entry forms are available at Progressive Expressions, Hanalei Surf co., and Nukumoi Surf Co.
Spectators are welcome.

LBL registration announced for 04′
The Lihu‘e Baseball League announces the registration for their Mustang/Bronco players and coaches for the 2004 season.
Registration will begin on Monday, Feb. 23 and run through Mar. 5 at the LBL portable building next to the Lihu‘e County Park from 5 to 6 p.m.
Eligible Mustang players must be born between Aug. 1, 1993 to July 31, 1991, and eligible Bronco players born between Aug. 1, 1991 to July 31, 1993.
Interested players need to bring two copies of their birth certificate and two copies of their medical insurance card.
The LBL is also looking for interested coaches for the upcoming Mustang and Bronco season.
Anyone interested in participating must apply. Application forms are available at the portable building next to the Lihu‘e county Park between Feb. 23 and Mar. 5.
