Carolann Biederman has founded and launched Carolann Biederman Consulting (CABC), a Hawai’i-based international company that works with nonprofits, professional associations, businesses, government, and individuals to increase “effectiveness and achieve significant outcomes.”
Services are available to organizations throughout the state of Hawai’i including those on Kaua’i.
Consulting services include executive transitions, project management, grant writing, agency assessment, and management.
“I’ve started my firm to give back to Hawai’i (my adopted home), to serve and to create,” said Biederman. “With more than 20 years of management experience, my goal is to contribute to the community in a positive way by sharing my skills with many organizations, both nonprofit and businesses.”
The company also plans and manages conferences, seminars, meetings, fundraising events, galas, and personal milestone celebrations.
She has served as president of Junior Achievement of Hawai’i, executive director of the Hawai’i Youth Symphony Association, and membership and development director of the Historic Hawaii Foundation.
Carolann has produced special events, TV and radio commercials, corporate films, public celebrations, and music concerts in both Hawai’i and Massachusetts.
“When I was working with the Hawaii Youth Symphony Association, (as Executive Director), we brought student orchestras to Kaua’i for educational concerts that were also filmed by Hoike,” said Biederman.
“I am now consulting with the Youth Symphony, as a client, and hope to continue to improve arts and culture outreach to Kaua’i and the other islands.”
