Eneriz, Overton join office
RE/MAX Kauai is pleased to announce that Manny Eneriz has joined its Koloa-Poipu office as a REALTOR-Associate. Al Overton has joined its Princeville location.
Manny was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and Camarillo areas of California, as the son of a WWII army veteran who was a 3 1/2 year POW of the “Corregador Death March.”
Manny himself is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Following the war he worked as an executive pilot for 2-1/2 years until bitten by the real estate bug in 1976. For 27 years, Manny has had a successful real estate practice.
Additionally, Manny has now chosen a unique niche in which to serve the needs of buyers and sellers in the Kaua‘i real estate market.
He maintains two offices (California and Kaua‘i) assisting people living in the Los Angeles basin who own property in Hawai‘i (especially Kaua‘i) wishing to buy and/or sell homes and condominiums in the state.
He also offers financial services as a licensed life insurance agent and Series 6 and 63 securities licensee.
Manny has been married to Debra for 24 years; they are the parents of four children (Celeste, Brandon, Lorena and Michael). Like Manny, Debra is also a Realtor Associate with RE/MAX Pro, Palmdale, CA.
Overton and his wife, Nance, relocated to Kaua‘i after threatening to do so for the past 12 years.
They were married in the beautiful Wia‘oli Hui‘ia Church in Hanalei. They purchased a home on the north shore six years ago from Jim Pycha whom the Overtons got to know while staying in one of the Pycha’s vacation properties.
Prior to real estate, Al worked as a production manager in the microwave communications field for L-3 Communications. During his 25 years with L-3, he had the pleasure of managing 60+ employees of varied nationalities and cultures. Al feels that working with and helping his employees make a living in a relaxed but professional environment is what kept him with the same employer all those years.
