Claurito Kuaron, also known as “Bogoy & Hanalei” of Kekaha, died at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital on Nov. 17, 2003 at the age of 79.
Born in Kilauea, Kaua’i on May 10, 1924, he was a retired Welder with Pacific Missile Range Facility and also a veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by sisters, Consolacion “Connie” (Bob) Lowe of Kapa’a and Florence “Babe” (Pat) Acain of Waimea; nine nieces and 11 nephews; numerous grand nieces and grand nephews.
Friends may visit with the family 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Kaua’i Veterans Cemetery Pavilion; service officiated by Father Larry will begin at 10 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.
