Kaua‘i volleyball over Maui
HONOLULU (TGI Report) — Farren Higley’s performance in the middle yielded nine kills to lead the Kaua‘i High School Red Raider girls to a 25 – 17, 25 – 21 win over Kamehameha – Maui on Thursday afternoon.
Anna Quibilan aided the win with 10 digs and four assists.
Puni Krueger had six kills for Kamehameha – Maui with Cassie Friel finishing with six digs in the loss.
Kaua‘i will face Kealakehi for the consolation title on Friday, Nov. 14 starting at 9 a.m.
The Waimea High School boys will play Kalaheo High School for the consolation title of that division starting at noon.

Registration for the county’s 12-Under Boys Basketball League started on Nov. 12 and will continue through Nov. 21.
Registration and waiver forms can be picked up at all neighborhood centers on the island between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and from 1 to 4 p.m.

12-U boys’ basketball coaches to meet on Nov. 20
Coaches planning to enter a team in the County’s 12-Under Boys Basketball League are asked to attend a coaches’ meeting scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 20 starting at 7 p.m. at the Mo‘ikeha Building, Conference Room 2.
Rosters and league format will discussed and finalized at this meeting hosted by the Office of Community Assistance, Recreation Agency, and all coaches or team representatives are encouraged to attend.
