Hughes “Tino” Nahuka Naumu Jr., of Waimea, died at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 6, 2003 at the age of 44.
Born in Waimea on March 28, 1962, he was a caregiver.
He is survived by his parents, Hughes and Dorothy Bayot Naumu of Las Vegas, NV; sisters, Yvette Naumu-Elliott of Everett, WA, Nadine Naumu-Alvarado of Lihu‘e; brothers Nathan Naumu of Oxnard, CA; Troy Naumu of Las Vegas, NV; nephews, Daniel and Timothy Cummings of Kapa‘a; grandmother, Sarah Kaohi of Waimea; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Tino’s cremains will be taken to the Bayot family burial site in Kekaha Cemetery on Kaua‘i, in March 2004 for final interment.
