Kim Willoughby broke another school record as the University of Hawai‘i Rainbow Wahine (6-1) downed the Baylor Bears (3-3) 30-16, 30-20, and 30-26 in the second night of the Aston Imua Wahine Volleyball Challenge on Friday night.
Willoughby passed Martina Cincerova on the all-time UH list for career service aces, tying her own UH single-match best with six aces on the night, and notching her 140th career ace.
Willoughby also had 21 kills and a .395 hitting percentage in the win.
Lily Kahumoku also put in a solid performance, hitting .593 with 18 kills, six digs, and two blocks.
Maja Gustin was .583 hitting with eight kills and four blocks while middle and co-captain Lauren Duggins hit .667 with four kills, six digs and three blocks in two games.
