LIHU’E – The Kaua’i Police Department has officially identified all five victims of Wednesday’s helicopter crash in the Wai’ale’ale Crater.
The pilot was confirmed as 44-year-old Mark Lundgren of Puhi. Passnegers were identified as Jeffrey S. Peterson, 33, and Monica D. Peterson, 33, both of Colorado, and Teresa M. Wadiak, 53, and Edward J. Wadiak, 55, of Virginia.
Autoposy results of the five victims are pending.
