“Growing Up Plantation Style” Parade, Koloa Town, 10 a.m. Find a good viewing spot for the parade. There will be walking & equestrian units, floats, decorated vehicles, classic cars and trucks. Parade starts at 10 a.m. on Poipu Road, in front of Pohaku T’s, then turns right at the Chevron station onto Koloa Road. It turns left at Sueoka Store onto Maluhia Road and ends at the ballpark. From 9 a.m. to noon, use Ala Kinoiki Road (Koloa-Poipu bypass road) to enter or exit from Poipu. (Stella Burgess, 742-1234)
