New Kaua‘i resident Marie Avila has created a gift business designed to take the receiver’s breath away.
No, it’s not shots of Na Pali Coast, Koke‘e or Polihale, though if you think romance sometimes associated with those magical places you’re on the right track.
Her Perfect Moments, LLC (limited liability company) specializes in creating ultimate surprises, heartfelt welcomes, and other lasting memories through the use of carefully designed gifts.
While mundane daily life doesn’t always yield lasting memories of a positive variety, Avila’s Perfect Moments designs special encounters designed to leave impressions that will linger long after the roses have wilted or the chocolates eaten.
Perfect Moments was created to help provide the settings, arrangements, and inspiration for lasting memories, she said.
From the front door, Perfect Moments transforms hotel rooms, vacation rentals or special locations with candles, fresh flower arrangements, scattered flower petals, and other carefully chosen, personalized gift packages for all occasions.
“After all, life is not measured in the number of breaths we take, but in the moments that take our breath away,” she said.
“We will decorate and personalize your environment with themed gift packages designed with carefully-selected, quality items,” she said.

Themed packages are designed to fit many special occasions and budgets. Custom packages are also available.
