Ron Fleet is a vision of health, now. But 18 months ago, when he turned 49 and weighed in at 230 pounds, he decided to make some major changes in his life, starting with taking better care of himself.
He shed over 60 pounds, went from a 42- to a 32-inch waist, and was recently appointed broker in charge at Vision Properties in Kapa‘a.
