Helen Hitchcock of Kapa’a, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on April 7 at the age of 91.
Born in Wailua, on Nov. 10, 1911, she was a supervisor with Hawaiian Fruit Packers.
Preceded in death by husband; George Keelan Hitchcock and son; Newton Hitchcock. She is survived by daughter; Helena Giltner of Wailua; three brothers; Charlie Fu of Hanapepe, Lono (Francis) Fu of Anahola and Edwin Fu of Hanalei; three sisters; Hattie (Ernest) Baptiste of Florida, Ah Lan (Thomas) Kaneakua of O’ahu and Anna (Mac) Pacheco of O’ahu; 5 grandchildren, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 11, 2003 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service officiated by Bishop Kealiipio will begin at 12 noon. Casual attire is suggested.

Victor Niau
Victor Lanakilaokaho’omana Niau of Waipahu, O’ahu, formerly of Pahoa, Hawai’i, died on March 31, 2003, at the age of 59.
Born in Pu’uwai, Ni’ihau, he was the ‘Aha Punanaleo School Landscaper.
He is survived by his wife; Susan Palakiko Niau of Honolulu; daughter; Mahealani Niau of Honolulu, grandchild; Felix Patea of Honolulu; brother, Sonny Niau of Kekaha; four sisters, Georgina “Salome” (Charley) Haluapo of Portland, Washington, Emily Licayan of Kekaha, Florence “Lolena” (Daniel) Nicholas of Waipahu, Rose “Loke” (Levi) Mawae of Kekaha; sister-in-law, Hatsuko Niau of Kekaha; brother-in-law, Hoa Kaohelauli’i.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 12, 11 a.m. at Kikiaola Boat Harbor, Kekaha. Scattering of ashes to follow.

Tsuyuko Mikasa
Tsuyuko Mikasa of Kapa’a died at home on Apr. 7 at the age of 90.
Born in Lihu’e on Jan. 13, 1913, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by husband, Kazuo; two sons, Glenn Mikasa of California and Gary (Dianne) Mikasa of Washington; daughter, Fay (Ronald) Ito of California; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Frank (Jane) Yokota of Honolulu; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may visit with the family at 4 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 11, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service officiated by Rev. Koyama will begin at 5 p.m. Casual attire is suggested.
