Kaua'i Memorial Gardens hands out cash to some lucky local winners

On an annual basis, owners and operators of Kaua’i Memorial Gardens, a cemetery and memorial park operation located on Ma’alo Road in Kapaia on the road to the Wailua Falls overlook, give back thousands of dollars to the community. Recently,

Recently, Lita Buccat received $800 as the first-prize winner in a random-drawing event. Adele Rosa won $600, JoAnn Georgi took home $400, and Dorrine Ramelb won $200.

Thank-you gifts were distributed to many of the other entrants, said Roberta Simpkins, owner.
