LIHUE – Kaua’i Gymnastics will offer a free performance on Sunday at the Kukui Grove center stage.
The third annual event will take place at noon and will feature 24 gymnasts performing in four groups (trampoline, balance beam, bar and tumbling).
Kaua’i Gymnastics offers programs for beginners to advanced students ages 2 to adult.
The organization, which has 90 students, practices in Puhi and has been in existence for eight years.
The gym is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Lisa Fairchild is the coach for Kaua’i Gymnastics and has also helped cheerleading programs at the local high schools.
“It (the Kaua’i Gymnastics free performance) has been fantastic,” Fairchild said. “It is a way for people to see what we are doing. The girls do really well at it.”
Fairchild wanted to thank the many parents that have helped Kaua’i Gymnastics.
