WAIMEA – The Mililani Trojans softball team won the Waimea Thanksgiving Tournament with a 10-0 shutout over Moanalua Saturday at Waimea Canyon Park.
In the third place game, the Iolani Red Raiders blanked the Waimea Menehune 4-0.
Featured in this year’s tournament are a slew of solid programs, including all three Kaua’i Interscholastic Federation (KIF) teams, Waiakea, Castle, Iolani, Maui, Sacred Heart, Kaimuki, Waianae, Baldwin, Pearl City and Moanalua.
The guests along with the KIF teams enjoyed a Thanksgiving dinner Thursday evening and a Fellowship Banquet Saturday night to share the aloha of fair competition.
