WAILUA – A referee clinic will be offered Friday evening, Nov. 22 – the night before the *Kaua’i Coconut Coast Memorial Bowl – for those interested in coaching Pop Warner football.
The clinic will be held from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. at the Lydgate pavilion. The clinic is geared to attract members of the community to officiating. More clinics will be held if interest is shown.

*Kaua’i Coconut Coast Memorial Bowl – In honor of two of its greatest memories, the Kapa’a Pop Warner League will host the 2002 Kaua’i Coconut Coast Memorial Bowl Saturday, Nov. 23 under the new lights of Kapa’a New Park.
The tournament – which features teams from Oahu, the Big Island, Puna, Kona and San Diego, Calif. – will be played in honor of the late Wilfred Kaui, one of the founders of Pop Warner on Kaua’i, and the late Tom Harper, former President of the Kapa’a Pop Warner Association.
The tournament will also dedicate Kapa’a New Field’s lights, which were recently installed.
