Island School teacher Adrya Siebring is surprised when TS Hawai’i regional vice president David Allaire, right, announces her as the Outstanding Educator on Friday at the school. The honor comes in conjunction with the celebration of Duke’s restaurant at Kalapaki’s 7th anniversary celebration, and the 25th Anniversary of TS Hawai’i, the parent company of the restaurant. Among Siebring’s prizes are first class Hawaiian Air travel to San Diego where she will spend 6 days and 5 nights including a meal at a TS California property, and $500 spending money. To top off the prizes, Siebring and her class were treated to hula pies courtesy of Duke’s. Also on hand for the presentation were Duke’s general manager Jaime Arreola, Fastie Murphree, Duke’s marketing manager and Fonz Nartatez, Duke’s service manager.
