The Kaua’i Chamber of Commerce announced a deadline this Friday, Aug. 30, for nominations for its annual Aloha Spirit Award. Nominees should be people who really demonstrate the aloha spirit, those who remind others of what the people of Kaua’i are all about, and those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in carrying out their job responsibilities.
Those person nominating someone for the award must tell about the nominee in 100 words or less, and forms can be mailed to the Chamber office, P.O. Box 1969, Lihu’e, 96766, faxed to 245-8815, or e-mailed to info@kauaichamber.org.
