Shannon Sibayan will instead represent Kauai at the Orchards Golf Club in Washington, Michigan, July 15 through July 20, after shooting a 70-72 for a 2-under 142 total.
Clesson Pang, who shot 73-72, 145 total, has made it as the first alternate, followed by Pat Viernes (71-76-147) and Steve Pleas (74-75 – 149).
Other leading scores at the Wailua tournament: Peter Sirois shot a 77-75, 152; Chris Caycayon shot a 75-77, 152; Grant Yasui finished with 77-78, 155; Casey Watabu finished with a 79-77, 156; Allan Baab shot an 83-74, 157; and Ryo Ogawa shot an 81-76, 157.
