THE INDIANS’ Jaexseanne Balilea (22) comes up with a steal of second in the fourth inning as the Cardinals’ shortstop Dustin Julian goes for the throwout attempt with secondbase Sean Mamaclay backing the play. The Indians exploded behind a 10-run second frame after being edged by the Cardinals 2-1 in the opening stanza to take the contest 20-6 in a four-inning contest. With the win, the Indians, 9-1 in regular season play, and 2-1 in the double elimination playoffs, will square off against the Lihu’e Reds, 5-5 in regular season play, and to date, undefeated in the playoffs. That contest takes place Thursday at the Lihu’e County Park starting at 4:30 p.m.
