Kapa’a’s Cale Forsen clears 5’10” in the Boys High Jump event at the Rotary Track Meet held Thursday, April 18 at Vidinha Stadium. Forsen broke the KIF high jump record last night at Vidinha Stadium with a 6’2″ jump, which topped the 1995 record set by a Kapa’a jumper. Kapa’a’s Jackie Huttger also set a record in the high jump, yesterday, topping Lia Karrati’s 1992 record of 4’11” with a 5’1″ jump. Further information on the KIF Track meet held at Vidinha Stadium Friday night will be printed in a future edition of the Garden Island Newspaper.
