On Sunday October 21, Terumi Hernandez and Evelyn Smith were defeated by Lavonne Garlie and Rebecca OBrien 6-1, 6-0; Michelle Albarado and Bernard Mahuiki defeated Dena and Drew Vento 6-2, 4-6, 1-0; and Bernard Duarte and Francis Green defeated Don Horcher and Bruce Schultz. On Sunday October 28. Avis Hiragata and Michelle Albarado defeated Lavonne Garlie and Colette Savage 6-1, 6-1; Ruthie Palama and Mark Gewurtz were defeated by Rebecca Obrien and Bruce Schult 6-1, 6-0; and Paul Andrade and Radford Sam Fong defeated Bill Fontana and Bruce Savage 7-6, 7-6.

Helen Bice and Ann Oneal defeated Brie Paule and Sandy Webster 6-3, 3-6, 1-0; Tracy Hosaka and David Tao defeated Nancy Budd and Doug Howell 6-0, 6-2; and Charlie Fulks and Marvin Nomi won by default 6-0, 6-0.
