Man stabbed his juvenile girlfriend
The Kaua’i Police Department is seeking a 21-year-old man, Jonathan Kalani Ibana, in connection with a stabbing.
Detectives said Ibana allegedly stabbed a juvenile female repeatedly during an argument at a residence in Wailua Homesteads late Sunday night.
The victim remains at Wilcox Memorial Hospital.
Police are seeking Ibana on a charge of attempted murder.
Detectives are asking for the assistance of the public to apprehend Jonathan Ibana.
Ibana is 5’6”, weighs between 130 and 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and his short hair is either black or bleached brown.
He has tattoos on his right arm and his right ankle.
Police believe he will be either in the Kaumakani or Wailua area.
Police consider him dangerous.
