Competition fierce at All-Girl event in Poipu
The CJM Stables in Poipu were alive and well again last Sunday, Aug. 12, for the latest installment of the Kaua’i All-Girl Rodeo.
Competition was held in seven events, and Marti Snyder stood above the rest. She won the steer undercoating event and topped it off with a breakaway roping win.
The seven contests were in barrels – division one and two, steer undercoating, poles, team roping, goat tying and breakaway roping.
