The Kaua’i Police Department and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s help.
Investigators haven’t given up on six people who have gone missing on, or on the way to Kaua’i, in the past six years.
Alfred Grecco, a small (5 foot 4 inch, 140-pound man) with hazel eyes and brown hair, was last heard from in 1995 while on Kaua’i.
Andrew Kramer, a 5 foot 8 inch, 190-pound Caucasian with short brown hair and a heavy build was last seen alive on August 29, 1995.
Kramer was going on a bike ride in the Loop Road area and hasn’t been seen since.
Atticus Louis Pearson, a tall, 6-foot-1-inch Caucasian with light brown hair and blue eyes, was last seen in January of 1999.
Pearson was known to be “going into the Kalalau Valley.”
And as far as friends and family know, Pearson never came out of the valley.
Steven Branston is the only one of the six missing people who was last seen somewhere other than Kaua’i.
Branston, a 6-foot, 175-pound white male was last seen in the summer of 1999, at the Honolulu Airport, supposedly coming this way.
Rainer Klimek, a 6 foot, 150-pound young German man was last seen on August 15, 1999, walking in Wailua.
Lillie Beden is a 69-year-old Caucasian woman from Middle America.
Beden disappeared on the North Shore on Feb.7 of this year.
Beden was last seen walking down to Anini Beach with snorkeling gear around 5 p.m.
Coast Guard searches and local search and rescue teams were unable to find even a trace of Beden.
Anyone with information about any of these six people is asked to call Crimestoppers at (808) 241-6787, or the Kaua’i Police Investigative Services Bureau at (808) 241-6739.
