From TGI Reports
Jerry Rice, a staple in the San Francisco 49ers’ lineup for 16 years, will be on the island today for a charity softball game at Vidinha Stadium.
The Jerry Rice 127 Foundation’s mission is to raise funds for children. Rice and his team of NFL stars will take on Team Hawai’i, comprised of celebrities from the state, at 2 p.m. in a game that promises to be less about softball and more about fan interaction with Rice and company. J.J. Stokes, Garrison Hearst, Amani Toomer, Jessie Sapolu and others are slated to side with Rice in the game.
