1:20 p.m. An anonymous caller reported a man on a bicycle was impeding traffic in the middle of Rice Street.
3:20 p.m. A Wailua Houselots man reported the theft of his motor scooter while it was parked near Liberty House at Kukui Grove Center.
5:30 p.m. A Wailua woman reported that her husband stole her prescription.
8:52 p.m. Wilcox Memorial Hospital’s emergency room reported treating a female assault victim.
11:15 p.m. An anonymous caller reported a loud party at Makahuena’s Condo in Po’ipu.

12:59 a.m. An anonymous female caller reported “a loud talker” on Hiraoha Street in Lihu’e.
9:46 a.m. A Wailua woman reported neighbors were telling her that her husband was entering other people’s houses and stealing things.

10 a.m. A woman and her family placed their picnic table and five plastic chairs at Anahola Beach Park to reserve a place, and when they returned three hours later, all their items had been stolen.
11:34 p.m. A caller from Kaua’i Coast Resort reported that someone was parked in a handicapped space.
