Still confident

Friday, one day after her first official appearance before the council, Recycling Coordinator Allison Fraley remained optimistic about her plans for the future of the recycling center.

“I’m still positive about the fact that this center will be successful,” Fraley said.

“We’re (going to open it) one stage at a time. This (council) was the first time the public had a chance to hear about it ,” Fraley said. “I’ve got a lot of community support.

Fraley was asked by Council to return with more detailed plans at next Thursday’s 1 p.m. meeting.
