1934, he is survived by his sister Rowena (Jack) Cobb of Koloa, niece Shelly
Cobb of Koloa, nephew Bret (Callie) Cobb of Erie, Colorado and numerous
relatives.
Graveside services will be held at the Blake family plot at the
Koloa Church Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 14, Borthwick Kaua’i Mortuary
has assisted with the services.

Muraoka of Wailua Homesteads, died Dec. 3, 2000 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital, at
the age of 51.
A manager for retailing, he was born on March 13, 1949. in
Oahu, HI.
He is survived by his wife: Beverly Apana Muraoka, Wailua
Homesteads; one daughter: Kerrianne Muraoka, Kaua’i; one son: Ben Cockett,
Hilo; three brothers Henry (Edna) Muraoka, Kapa’a; Edward (Sharlene) Muraoka,
California; Richard (Carolyn) Muraoka, Kalaheo; four sisters: Florence Muraoka,
Koloa; Mary (George) Cardenas, Kalaheo; Linda (Gary) Costa, California; Aileen
(Jason) Maeda, Kekaha; Mother-in-law: Christina Apana, Wailua; numerous nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at the
Kapa’a Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, from 8:30 a.m. Services to be
celebrated at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at the Kaua’i Memorial Gardens. Aloha
attire is suggested.
Borthwick Kaua’i Mortuary will be handling the
arrangements.
Ricardo Estacio Sr.
Ricardo Estacio, Sr., of
Hanama’ulu, Hawaii, died Nov. 29, 2000, at Queen’s Medical Center, at the age
of 66.
A Power Plant Operator with the sugar industry, Lihu’e Plantation,
he was born on Jan. 13, 1934, in Kealia, Kaua’i.
He is survived by his
wife: Abigail Malama Estacio, Hanama’ulu; four daughters: Athena (David) Sweet,
Puhi, Aurea Estacio, Hanama’ulu; Cheryl Estacio, Lihu’e, Kym Estacio,
Hanama’ulu; two sons; Ricardo (Eunice) Estacio, Jr., Hanama’ulu; Orlando
Estacio, Hanama’ulu; two sisters: Rose (Edward) Costa, Washington; Fely Kusaka,
Wailua; 17 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Visitations are scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 9, at Borthwick
Kaua’i Mortuary chapel in Koloa from 9 a.m. Services to be celebrated at 10
a.m. Burial to follow at the Kaua’i Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
Casual
attire is suggested. Borthwick Kaua’i Mortuary is handling funeral
arrangements.
William Souza Jr.
William Souza, Jr., of Ewa
Beach, Hawaii died on Nov. 27, 2000, at Kaiser Foundation Hospital, at the age
of 62.
Born April 19, 1938, in Honolulu, he was a maintenance engineer for
Holsum Bakery and also served in The United States Marines.
He is survived
by his wife: Adeline “Angie” Perreira Gonsalves Souza, O’ahu and Kaua’i; one
brother Richard Souza, numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation are scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 7, at Mililani Memorial Park
and Mortuary Mauka Chapel at 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Services at 7 p.m. Friends may
call again on Monday, Dec. 11, at Immaculate Conception Church in Kapaia from 9
a.m. Services to be celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Paul. Burial to follow at
the Immaculate conception Church Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.
