Douglas Nabeshima of Kailua-Kona; son, Kawika D. K. Locke; daughter, Kau’i R.
K. Locke; grandson, Kainalu Locke-Cataraha, all of Kailua-Kona; parents, Wayne
and Jeanne McNicoll of Hilo; sister, Tricia-Lani (Gordon Duarte) Au of Hilo;
brothers, Tadman K. McNicoll of Holualoa; Martyn K. McNicoll of Hilo, numerous
nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Born in Kapa’a, Kaua’i. Retired welder from the State of Hawaii. Also,
graduate of Kamehameha School, class of 1940. Survived by daughters, Ileana K.
Derouin, Danna K. Lyman, Lana K. Hano and Diane K. Lindsey; son Daniel P. Hano
III; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters Lorna Kauo and Sarah
Barnes; nieces and nephews. Visitation 9 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, (Nov. 11) at
Kamehameha Schools Pauahi Bishop Memorial Chapel; service 11 a.m.; burial 3
p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by by
Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
