Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 98.
A water tender for the sugar
industry with Grove Farm Plantation, he was born April 5, 1902, in the
Philippines.
He is survived by two sons: Frankie (Carol) Amorozo and
William (Mitronia) Amoroso, both of Honolulu; three daughters: Juanita
(Tiburcio) Agu of Kekaha, Elizabeth (Eduardo) Malapit of Koloa, and Rosita
(Larry) Phillips of Los Angeles; 22 grandchildren and 40
great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28, at St.
Raphael’s Catholic Church in Koloa from 8 a.m. with Mass to be celebrated at 10
a.m. Burial to follow at Koloa Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements are being
handled by Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary.

Sanders of Kilauea, Kaua’i, died Oct. 13, 2000, at the age of 78.
A retired
restaurant owner, she was born March 27, 1922, in Berryville, Ark.
She is
survived by daughters, Marilyn Kaye Murphy of San Diego, Calif., Beverly Sue
Phillipson of Kalispell, Montana and Linda Laraine Greulich of Ontario, Calif.;
son Randy Lee Sanders of Covin, Calif.; eight grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life potluck will be held at the
Kilauea Senior Citizens Center on Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 9 a.m. Donations may be
made to the Kilauea Senior Center. Arrangements are being handled by Ultimate
Cremation Services of Hawai’i.
