Muraoka of Waipahu, O’ahu, Harrison Muraoka of Honolulu, O’ahu, Carla (Jon)
Kida of Honolulu, O’ahu, and Ben (Jessica) Harmon of Honolulu, O’ahu; one

Koloa Jodo Mission; service officiated by Rev. Ishikawa will begin at 11 a.m.

Donald Kazuo Takeshita de
la Cruz, of ‘Ele’ele, Kaua’i, died on Oct. 1, 2000, at Kaua’i Veterans Memorial
Hospital at the age of 63.
A retired factory supervisor with Gay and
Robinson, he was born on March 8, 1937 in Honolulu, O’ahu.
He is survived
by his wife: Aurelia de la Cruz of ‘Ele’ele; two sons: Keven de la Cruz of
Santa Clara, California and Brian de la Cruz of Hanapepe; his father: Fred Dela
Cruz of Waimea; two brothers: Stanley (Patricia) Dela Cruz of ‘Ele’ele and
Ernest (April) Dela Cruz of Kekaha; one sister: Roberta (Lowell) Agena of
Kekaha; one sister-in-law: Vicki Dela Cruz of Lihu’e; and numerous uncles,
aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
