Funeral service has been
scheduled at 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6, at the Kapaa Hongwanji Mission with
service officiated by Bishop Chikai Yosemori. The family suggests casual
attire and that flowers be omitted.

Rodney Bacio
Rodney “Boy” Bacio of
Torrence, Calif., died Sept. 29, 2000, at his home at the age of 54.
Born
Oct. 21, 1945, he was a longtime employee of Continental Airlines.
He is
survived by his wife: Charlene Bacio of Torrence, three sons: Patrick Bacio of
Texas and Brandon and Justin of Torrence; father: Isidoro “Edot” Bacio of
Pakala, Kaua’i; three brothers: Pedro (Amancha) of Waimea, Kaua’i and Fredrick
(Momi) Bacio and Kurt Bacio, both of Pakala; three sisters: Josephine (Paul)
Brede of Anahola, Kaua’i, Annette (Bert) Moriguchi of Kailua, O’ahu, and
Geraldine (Bill) Salisbury of O’hu.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on
Saturday, Oct. 7, at Halverson Stone & Myers, in Torrence.
Final
dispostion of his ashses will be on Kaua’i at a later date.

Rodney Mitsuru “Toku” Tokuda, of Honolulu, died Sunday, Oct. 1,
2000, at the age of 55.
Born in Lihue, Kauai, on Feb. 23, 1945, he was a
U.S. Government special purpose vehicle supervisor for the Hawaii Air National
Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha; son, Robert, daughter, Shelley;
mother, Nancy of Lihu’e, Kaua’i; brother, Warren of Honolulu; sisters, Bernie
(Erwin) Sakoda of Lihu’e, Kaua’i; Anne (Dennis) Tanioka of Lawai, Kaua’i;
nephews, nieces, numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be
from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 7, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary on O’ahu;
memorial service at 10 a.m. The family suggests casual attire and that flowers
be omitted.
