He is survived by: his wife: Yoshie Kabazawa of Lihue,
Kauai; son: Jerry (Lynn) Kuboyama of Puhi, Kauai; two daughters: Verna (Harold)
Mikaru and Iris (Roy) Kabazawa, both of Honolulu, Oahu; four grandchildren; two
brothers: Kinjiro (Tomiko) Kabazawa of Kalaheo, Kauai and Kiyoshi (Flora)
Kabazawa of Honolulu, Oahu; three sisters: Carolyn (Kenneth) Omoto of
Honolulu, Oahu, Sadie (Richard) Doi of Hanapepe Hts., Kauai and Sumie Quiriault
of Las Vegas, Nev.; numerous nieces and nephews.
