Kenneth DoiKenneth Tadayoshi Doi of Honolulu, formerly of Kaua’i, died at Kaiser Foundation Hospital on July 16, 2000, at the age of 76. The retired proprietor of the Kalaheo Luncheonette, Motel, and Steak House, he was born in Koloa, Kaua’i.

Kaiser Foundation Hospital on July 16, 2000, at the age of 76.
The retired
proprietor of the Kalaheo Luncheonette, Motel, and Steak House, he was born in
Koloa, Kaua’i. He is survived by his wife, Ellen; daughter, Kathy Bacarro;
three grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters, Betty Kau, Carol Doi,
Miyoko Demers, Katsuko Otsuka, Chiyoko Kagehiro, and Doris Yamamoto. Private
funeral services were held. Arrangements were handled by Nuuanu
Mortuary.
Herbert Y. Koga
Herbert Y. Koga of San Diego, Calif.,
died Aug. 5, 2000, at the age of 56.
He was born on April 3, 1944 at
Kilauea, Kaua’i.
He is survived by his daughters Lori (Terry) Hedrick, Judy
(Alex) Kryushkov; son Raymond Koga and five granddaughters.
He is also
survived by his father, Walter Koga of Kilauea, sisters Jane (James) Watanabe
of California; Jean (Miguel) Legaspi of Kekaha; Joyce (Adam) Santos of
Mililani, O’ahu; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
