two step sons: Jamie and Brooks, both of Kaua’i; two step-daughters: Keikilani
and Pua; two brothers: Herman Kane of Kapa’a and Durge Kane of Hanama’ulu; and
one sister: Momi Inanod of Hanama’ulu; and three grandchildren.
Services
will be held on Sept. 4, at Hanama’ulu Beach Park.
Casual attire is
suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick/Kaua’i
Mortuary.

Daniel Kamaka of Kekaha, Kauai, died at Kauai
Veterans Memorial Hospital on July 29, 2000, at the age of 69. Born in
Hanalei, Kauai onOct. 3, 1930, he was a retired Equipment Operator with Kekaha
Sugar.
He is survived by: his wife: Hildred Kamaka of Kekaha, Kauai; two
sons: Kaneala Kamaka of Kekaha, Kauai and Kimo Kenji Kamaka of Kekaha, Kauai;
three daughters: Danelle Kamaka of Kekaha, Kauai, Anna Marie Lindsey of Las
Vegas, Nev., Denise (Wilbur) Parubrub of Kaumakani, Kauai; three grandchildren;
numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friend may visit with
the family at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel;
service officiated by Bishop Erwin Wright will begin at 11 a.m. Casual attire
is suggested.
