He is survived by his wife: Victoria “Vicky” Yadao of Kapa’a;
three daughters: Bernadette Bringas of O’ahu, Frederica Yadao and Theresa
Yadao, both of California; five sons: Rodney (Dorothy) Yadao of Kilauea, Gordon
(Tanya) Yadao of Hilo, Bernard “Brad” (Susan) Yadao of Kilauea, Brian (Hanilie)
Yadao of California, and Bernard “Nado” Yadao of Kapa’a; 12 grandchildren, two
great grandchildren; two brothers: Jose (Jean) Yadao of Kapa’a and Joseph
“Juny” (Teresa) Yadao of Kilauea; four sisters: Esmenia “Esie” (Isidro)
Belmonte of Kilauea, Christina (Julian) Constantino of Kilauea, Josephine (Cris
Vernon) Asuncion of Kilauea and Frances (Modesto) Bilog of California; numerous
nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, June 16,
at the St. Sylvester’s Catholic Church in Kilauea from 9 a.m. where Mass will
be celebrated at 12:30 a.m. by Father Bruce. Cremation to follow.
Casual
attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick/Kaua’i
Mortuary.

Patricio Agoto, Sr. of Waimea, died June
4, 2000, at Kaua’i Veterans Memorial Hospital at the age of 88.
A retired
commercial fisherman with Tuna Packers of O’ahu, Masaki Fisheries on Kaua’i and
Leo Ohai Commercial Fishing, he was born July 9, 1911, in Ilocos Norte,
Philippines.
He is survived by six daughters: Patricia (Ronald) Duarte of
Kalaheo, Cecilia Vidinha of Puhi, Rosalinda (John) West of Colorado Springs,
Cynthia (Manuel) Brun of Hilo, Sharon (Clarence) Corpuz of Hanama’ulu, Shandra
(Tev) Goldsman of Kapa’a; two sons: Edward Reyes of Waipahu and Patricio (Rena)
Agoot, Jr. of Pakala; 28 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and two great
great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, June 15, at the
‘Ele’ele Sacred Hearts Catholic Church from 10 a.m. where Mass will be
celebrated at 11 a.m. by Father Alex. Burial to follow at Hanapepe Filipino
Cemetery.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by
Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary.
