Kameron Kelekoma picked up the win on the mound and helped
himself behind the plate as he tucked a homerun in the Phillies’ 9-run fourth
inning.
Kelekoma ended the day issuing four strikeouts and 7 walks in three
innings on the hill before Kamalu Umu closed the books with a pair of walks and
a pair of K’s.
Umu’s bat also connected for a homer in the fourth
inning.
Ekolu Allianic started the action in the first inning by scoring
two runs with a double. Allianic continued to the action with another double
in the second frame with Kahai Nakano chipping in a nother double. Shawn
Morimoto came up with a single as the Phillies picked up six runs in the
outing.
Kenny Dill scored the single Astros’ run in the fourth frame. Kyle
Myers ended the day with a single.
Micah Ohlen shared the mound with Myers
and Josh Norell. Ohlen pitched two innings with a pair of walks and a strike
out before Myers took over for two innings with a pair of walks and a strike
out. Norell finished with an inning, pitching for a pair of walks and a
strike-out.
White sox 8, Dodgers 2

Moses Punzal
fueled the White Sox’s 8-2 win over the Dodgers by pitching all six innings and
coming up with a homerun in the fourth inning.
Punzal, pitching the
distance, ended with 2 walks and 6 strikeouts.
The White Sox scored 3 runs
in the first inning behind singles from Bryson Toda, Waylen Kupihea, Punzal,
Jetson Wakuta, Richard Oshiro, and Brian O`Brien.
The Sox continued the
scoring in the second inning with 3 more runs coming off a triple by Bryson
Toda, and singles by Charlsen Low-Hoopii, and O’Brien. Cole Neifert added a
double to the hit list.
Two more runs for the White Sox came in the fourth
inning behind hits from Kupihea, Low-Hoopii, and O’Brien.
Evan Lotu crossed
the plate in the first frame for the Dodgers.
Kapena Cummings-Gardner
opened the fourth inning with a double and scored on a single by Ashkhon
Kuhaulua.
Kuhaulua took the loss on the hill, ending the day with two walks
and 6 strikeouts.

The Phillies
jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first inning, but the Angels rebounded in the
fourth and sixth frames before dropping the 6-5 contest.
Phillies opened
the books with 5 runs coming behind a double from Kameron Kelekoma and a single
by Shawn Morimoto.
Kelekoma fueled in the final Phillies’ run in the fourth
inning with a double.
Kainoa Dejos scored for the Angels in the opening
frame behind a single by David Bynum. Joshua Teves, Alan Hoffman, and a double
by K. Dejos fueled two more runs in the fourth, and the Angels’ final two runs
in the sixth inning came behind singles by Hoffman and a triple by K.
Dejos.
Kelekoma shared the mound with Kamalu Umu for the win, Kelekoma
going 3 innings issuing 6 strikeouts, and Umu finishing the final 3 frames with
a pair of walks and 4 strikeouts.
Teves started the pitching for the
Angels, ending with four walks and 8 k’s before being relieved by Tyler Teves
who pitched two innings, ending with a pair of walks and a pair of
strikeouts.

Moses Punzal picked
up the White sox win on the hill by going the distance in blanking the Astros.
Punzal added his two homeruns behind the plate to fuel the win.
Punzal went
four walks and issued 13 strikeouts in the outing.
White sox hits came from
Richard Oshiro, Charlsen Low-Hoopii, Jetsen Wakuta, and Punzal. Punzal’s
homerun in the last two innings joined the bat of Bryson Toda.
Astro hits
came from Josh Norell, Janes Noone, and Kyle Myers. Myers and Micah Ohlen
combined for 8 walks and a single strikeout on the mound.
Dodgers 14,
Phillies 5
May 4
The Dodgers exploded for eight runs in the fifth
inning behind hits from Kapena Cumjmings-Gardner and Ashkhon Kuhaulua to clinch
a 14-5 win over the Phillies.
Cummings-Gardner fueled a pair of runs in the
first inning and joined the hitting of Shasteen Kahaunaele Matthew Ornellas,
and Chyson Gray in the third frame to add three more runs to the tally.
The
Phillies stayed close with a run on a hit by Kamalu Umu in the first inning
with Ekolu Allianic’s hit adding two more runs in the third. Kameron Kelekoma
and Umu came up with hits in the final two innings, adding two more runs for
the Phillies.
Cummings-Gardner did the pitching for the Dodgers, chalking
up three walks and five strikeouts in the outing.
Umu and Kahai Nakano
shared the Phillies’ pitching, ending with 7 walks and 10
strikeouts.
Angels 9, White Sox 14
May 6
Trailing 9-4 after
three innings, the White Sox exploded for 10 runs in the fourth frame to nail a
14-9 win over the Angels.
The White Sox picked up three runs in the opening
frame behind a single from Sean Cruz-Kamanuwai and a double from Cole Neifert.
Singles in the second inning from Bryson Toda and Chavis Higashi added another
run.
Toda, Waylen Kupihea, Jetson Wakuta, Charlsen Low-Hoopii, Richard
Oshiro, and a double from Moses Punzal fueled the final 10 runs for the
Sox.
The Angels started their scoing in the second inning with 3 runs
coming behind hits from Mackey Moreno, Tyler Teves, Alan Hoffman, and a double
by Everett Awong.
Kainoa Dejos, Hoffman, Kaleo Kaui, Joshua Teves, and a
double by Tyler Teves fueled the final six Angel runs.
White Sox pitching
was shared between Toda and Kupihea who combined for five walks and four
strikeouts.
Joshua Teves, Tyler Teves, and David Bynum shared the mound for
the Angels combining for 10 walks and 9 strikeouts.

The Dodgers’ C.J. Maglinti and Ikaika Efhan came up with hits
in the first two innings of play, but the scorebooks stayed clean until the
third frame when Kapena Cummings-Gardner and Ashkhon Kuhaulua fueled three runs
across the plate.
Dodger bats exploded in the fourth frame as
Cummings-Gardner, Shasteen Kahaunaele, Kristine Sugai, and William Valente
picked up doubles to fuel 5 more runs with the final three runs coming across
behind hits from Cummings-Gardner and Kuhaulua.
Astro hits were credited to
Isaiah Jones, Kapena Seramur, Harry Noone, and Bronson Yadao with Jones fueling
the final 2 run in the 6th frame with a double.
Kuhaulua picked up the win
for the Dodgers, going the distance issuing 11 walks and 11 strikeouts.
