Mrs. Har Lau, of Lihue, Kauai, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on March 14,
2000, at the age of 95.
Born in China on Jan. 1, 1905, she is survived by: three sons: Kim H. (Joann)
Tay of Lahaina, Maui, Tony Tay of Kalaheo, Kauai, and Seng Tay of Maui; one
daughter: Yan (Kah) Lim of Lihue, Kauai; 52 grandchildren; 43
great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, March
22, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel. Burial services will be held on
Malaysia at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.

Liberato “Tatong” Vicoy, of Kapaa, Kauai, died at home on Mar. 19, 2000, at
the age of 71.
Born in Siquijor, Philippines on Oct. 10, 1928, he was a retired Landscaper
with Paradise Grounds Care.
He is survived by his wife: Eunice Vicoy of Kapaa, Kauai; two sons: Edgar
(Certeria) Vicoy of Anahola, Kauai and Edward (Ranae) Vicoy of Kapaa, Kauai;
one daughter: Edna (Jamie) Panoy of Kapaa, Kauai; 10 grandchildren; two
brothers: Elimenado (Shirley) Vicoy and Pedro (Porperia) Vicoy, both of the
Philippines; one sister: Jobita Sominget of the Philippines; numeorus nieces,
nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Friday, Mar. 24, at the St.
Catherines Catholic Church; Mass officiated by Father Bruce will begin at 11
a.m. followed by burial at the Kapaa Public Cemetery. Casual attire is
suggested.

Visitacion Repolleza Macabeo died March 18, 2000, at Pittsburg, Calif., at the
age of 75.
Born Oct. 14, 1924, in Candon, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she is survived by her
daughters, Nora (Robert) Garcia of Kapaa, Elizabeth (Phillip) Perez of
Pittsburg, Calif, Lourdes (Loy) Colera of Daly City, Virginia; Lolita Macabeo
of San Francisco, Calif., and Rosalinda (Wilfredo) Tolentino of Novaliches,
Quezon City, Philippines; and three sons, Joseph (Precy)Macabeo of Germany,
Honorato (Celina Kaai) Macabeo Jr., Charlie Macabeo of Las Vegas and numerous
grandsons, granddaughters and great grandchildren.
A prayer service will be held Sunday, March 26, at 6 p.m. at 5179 Kalika St.,
in Kawaihau Estates in Kapaa.
