To the Forum:1. Arrested a kupuna because “OHA has no policies or
procedures…or rules.”
2. Did not bid on the Wai’ahole Ditch,
although he who controls the water controls the future.
3. Lost more
ceded lands by failing to title search questionable sales.
4. Lacked
lokahi, guts and integrity to select the only viable candidate to fill the seat
for the Kaua’i Trustee.
5. Failed to disclose expenditures on
lawsuits, lawyers, new security systems, etc., etc.
6. Ignored state
laws passed inform beneficiaries. Ignorant beneficiaries are easier to
control.
7. Slandered the Fourth Estate.
8. Spent Trust
Funds to promote their own “accomplishments.”
Those seeking to destruct OHA
need not bother. Through its marvelous leadership, it’s imploding.
We
Hawaiians need to search for leaders with heart, brains, strong ethical codes,
who work for the good of all. It appears that those in control of OHA are part
of the Me Generation—me first and what’s in it for me.
