final new listing caravan of this millenium with a viewing of 10 properties
followed by champagne, egg nog, and feast. Sponsored by Residential Loan
Department Manager Sharon Zehner of First Hawaiian Bank, Lihue, and Tom and
Donna Rice and Ken and Laura Kubiak of Pacific Paradise Properties,
Princeville, the party highlighted and dramatized the great year in real estate
sales in this fast growing area. Pacific Paradise Properties was once again #1
in sales in Princeville and the North Shore in 1999 per MLS reports. Attending
the party were representatives from Pacific Paradise Properties, Oceanfront
Realty, Na Pali Properties, First Hawaiian Bank, Regency Pacific Realty, Title
Guaranty Escrow Services, and real estate professionals from the area. The Year
2000 looks like continued growth in sales of all types of property on the North
Shore, with strong demand from Mainland buyers, and local owners moving up to
better properties. Kauai is experiencing better sales and average price
increases than any other part of Hawaii, due in large part to the peaceful
environment, natural beauty, great beaches, and controlled growth.
