$2,500 So Far For Island Wave Victims

Kauai individuals and organizations have given or pledged a total of $2,531 for tidal wave relief, according to K. M. Ahana, treasurer of the Kauai Tidal Wave Relief Committee.

The East Kauai Lions Club has given $1,000, and the West Kauai Lions have pledged $800. Other donors are as follows: Kauai Veterans Club, Rotary Club of Kauai, $250; audience at CYO softball games, $105; West Kauai’s Men’s Club, $50; Jack B. Wada, $25; I. Horikawa, $20.
