Boys and girls in the West Kaua‘i American Youth Soccer Organization Region 940  between the ages of 4 through 19 by July 31 are invited to register for the 2012 soccer season.

Players living in the Lihu‘e to Kekaha areas of the island are eligible for West Kaua‘i AYSO Region 940 membership.

Registration fee is $60 per player through June 8 with multi-player discounts and financial aid available.

For VIP program players or players in the Under 16 to Under 19 division, there is a flat registration fee of $30 per player with no discounts.

Birth certificates are required for new players or returning players who did not participate in the 2011 season.

Early registration is encouraged because fees will increase starting June 9 with no discounts.

Players are also encouraged to register online and earn an additional $10 discount per family.

Pre-registration can be done by visiting www.aysokauai.net, the AYSO Region 940 website. Once there, click on the link to www.eayso.org, complete all the required fields and print two copies of the completed player’s registration form.

These printed forms can be brought to any of the registration sites June 1 at Kukui Grove Center from 5 to 8 p.m. and June 8 at the Hanapepe Neighborhood Center from 5 to 8 p.m.

AYSO is a nationwide nonprofit organization which develops and delivers quality youth soccer programs in a fun family environment based on AYSO’s six philosophies: everyone plays, balanced teams, open registration, positive coaching, good sportsmanship and player development.
