Familiar faces dot Most Wanted list

LIHU‘E — Four of five faces on the latest Most Wanted list may look familiar to readers, as they have been pictured in the newspaper before.

Bail is $50,000 in cash only for Benjamin Keolamauloa Niau, 23, a Native Hawaiian with a last known address in Hanapepe who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 275 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, and is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court for failure to appear in Drug Court back in early 2008.

Devon Mancoo Finney, 25, with a last known address in Koloa, is wanted on two bench warrants, one a motion for revocation of probation, and the other a motion for revocation or modification of probation for failure to comply with court orders granted in early 2008. His total bail is $7,000. Finney is black, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 274 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Noah Jeriamiah Elija Smazik, 26, is white, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 170 pounds, with black hair and blue eyes. He is wanted on an arrest warrant by the Hawai‘i Paroling Authority, with no bail.

Gretchen Bunao Iloreta, 24, is Filipino, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 142 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Kalaheo. She is wanted on two bench warrants for criminal contempt of court, with a total bail of $10,300.

Dennis Mole Hernandez, 38, is of unknown race, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and a last known address in Wainiha. He may also be known as Dennis Mole. He is wanted on an arrest warrant for third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug. His bail is $2,000.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of any of the above-named individuals should call Kaua‘i Police Department dispatch, 241-1711.

Arrested on bench warrants between Nov. 11 and Nov. 18 were: Jesse Araneta, Don Billedo, Andres Cadiente (two warrants), Douglas Henslee, Susan Kinimaka, Marivac Lacaden (two warrants), Richard Leibman, Darin Lopes, Kevin Louis (two warrants), Travis Mastagni (two warrants), Absalom Payne, Shirley Pyunneri, TJ Relacion, Sirfrancis Royal, Robert Ware and Nathan Lemn.

Outstanding warrants
