Free lighthouse tours Saturday

Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge will celebrate its 102nd anniversary by offering free tours Saturday of the Daniel K Inouye Kilauea Point Lighthouse. Tours will run every half hour beginning at 10:30 a.m. It will culminate with a lighting of the lighthouse at 6:30 p.m.

Manager-council system offers plenty of options
