Shoyu Catsup Chicken

5 lbs. chicken thighs


1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup catsup

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 t salt

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 t grated ginger

Blend all ingredients for sauce in a large bowl. Marinate chicken in sauce overnight. Line chicken in pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
