LIHUE — The Elections Division of the Office of the County Clerk recently mailed ballots to about 14,000 absentee mail voters.
The deadline to apply for an absentee mail ballot is 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Absentee ballot applications must be received by the Elections Division by Tuesday to be valid.
To be counted, a voted absentee mail ballot must be received by the Elections Division no later than 6 p.m. on general election day, Nov. 6.
