LIHUE — Holocaust survivor Dr. Jacob Eisenbach, 95, will shares the story of his fight for survival from Nazi oppression during World War II, and his message of hope and determination to end bigotry in the world, for one night on Kauai.
LIHUE — Holocaust survivor Dr. Jacob Eisenbach, 95, will shares the story of his fight for survival from Nazi oppression during World War II, and his message of hope and determination to end bigotry in the world, for one night on Kauai.
Eisenbach retired as a dentist three years ago, at age 92, in California. He will speak at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Kauai Marriott Resort & Beach Club main ballroom.
“His personal fight for survival under the harshest conditions, his triumph and perseverance, will leave you spellbound,” according to a flier. “His determination to eliminate genocide, hatred and intolerance from our society, will leave you inspired.”
The evening’s theme is, “The Consequence of Intolerance.”
