Any ideas on how to improve the funding for the parks around the island? If you cement the park in Kekaha, this will improve the attendance of it every year. On two occasions, 4th of July, and the rest of summer. Used as a recreation. Estimated cost $6 million dollars. It will bring in a fortune. A nicer look.
