Head Start and Early Head Start programs are operated by nonprofit across the country and promote school readiness for children under the age of six from low-income families by supporting their development in a comprehensive way.
Located in Lihue, Child & Family Service Kauai is a full-service nonprofit that helps Hawaii’s most at-risk families.
